          I don't think it would cost much to sign him.. I think he wants to stay too.. I mean the first real team to give him a chance AND he's plating and fitting in quite well with the team.

            No doubt.........this is basically his last shot in the NHL. He would probably jump at the chance for 3 years of minimum wage. $750,000 a year goes a long way for us average folks. I doubt he would want to try FA. First contract offered to him he is signing.

              If we can have Fasching and Parise back next year at around league minimum, that would be great. 2 productive players but no real financial risk if their play does drop off. Save a few bucks on the bottom 2 lines to hopefully add a top 6 forward.
