Kaszycki's Krew went to Da Beauty League's games tonight in Edina, Minnesota. go to their twitter page @dabeautyleague to see highlights and rosters etc. Basically - it's Minnesota area players who get togehter and have games of shinny in front of a paying crowd at the home of the Edina Hornets, a high school rink which is better than many European pro club teams - but has a similar charm to the Coliseum....home of the "cake eaters' from The Mighty Ducks.
Anyway - of course the night Kaszycki's Krew attends, Brock Nelson, Keiffer Bellows and Nick Leddy were not playing. Only NYI (Bridgeport) player was Seth Helgeson. HE IS HUGE!
I would go on and post about the players you don't know and some were impressive, but all the videos are there - you be the judge.
I was truly impressed by three or four players. Nate Schmidt, Brock Boeser and Jason Zucker were VERY impressive. However - the best player on the ice was - hate to be the bearer of bad news - was K'Andre Miller. Has the moxie of Adam Pelech. Likely not quite yet as good on D - but more upside on O. But he is SO IMPRESSIVE. And to think - he is not even the best young player on the Rag$...
Lots of players will likely come out in Aug when the games go to MON and WED every week and get more in tune with training. Mark Parrish and Brian Lawton were two of the coaches tonight.

Hearing that Carey Price has waived his no-move for purpose of exposure in the expansion draft so that the Habs could protect Jake Allen in the expansion draft. The thought is that Seattle wouldn’t want to pick up the rest of Price’s hefty contract. But I guess we will see.
