Trouble seems to follow this guy around.
Yup, I doubt anyone would take a chance on him now, especially not us.

      He's a thug.
The object is to win. Not just to compete, but to win.

Yep we dodged a bullet that year. We normally have drafted around that area. Lucky for us we were the worse and got JT. But I must confessed I had wished there had been some Evander Kanes when we picked at those spots. Looks like I was wrong about that one. Hope he never puts and Islander jersey over his head.

Damn. This kid is good, but you'd think they learn from the Tyler Myers contract. These players have no leverage at all. You'd think you see more bridge deals.

It could just be my eyes, but when he rolled over, it looked like his lower leg had that jelly movement look to it. And as someone who broke his lower leg in 2 places, it brought back a haunting memory for me. I hope that's not the case for this kid. If that's a tibia/fibula fracture and if he needs surgery, that could put him out 3 months. If no surgery, close to 2 months.

You've experienced it first hand and I saw similar when a college soccer teammate of mine broken his leg during a practice and its horrible. That's pretty much what that looks like, hope not but, he could be out for a while. You never want to see that happen to anyone...hopefully its not something that will affect his career.

The only thing was that he wasn't taking off the ice with a stretcher. When I broke my leg, they had to splint it right away and take me up in a stretcher, because it literally was hanging with no bone attachment at all, hence the "jelly look" I was referring to before. If that's the case, maybe the fibula or tibia is not broke and that would reduce the healing time a lot, especially if the fibula (which is the non weight bearing bone) is not broken. Either way, that looks like some type of fracture.
